Do you think this recipe is US gallons or UK?
Except for the yeast, somebody copied that word for word out of Beer Captured, so it's US gallons.

Just a note...I'm just fixing to drink my first bottle of this recipe. It's just a tad lighter than the real thing, so you might want to up the patent to 1 oz, or something.

Well it's not yet two weeks in the bottle and I primed with DME, so it's not quite carbed right yet. It's more dark brown than black...I'd fix that with a little more patent. It's just a little sweeter than the real thing, so I'd be tempted to go a little stronger on the progress. There's a little fruity to it right now too which I wasn't expecting, but I suspect that will go away with age.

I'm gonna go for it for my first one.
I'm Drinking this now.
