I'm in the middle of brewing a BIAB batch, and a small medical emergency (barfing baby) means that I have to stop this process immediately. I have just enough time to type out this message, and not much more.
I am just about to do the sparge-dunk step, and after that I was hoping to put my covered kettle in the oven (w/ power off) and do the boil tomorrow after work. It's 10 pm now, so that would be in about 19 hours.
I've heard about overnight mashing--will this work as well as that? Is 19 hours too long? Your counsel, please!
