just brewed my first batch last week,still waiting for the bottling stage to get here.I've been poking around here for a few days...lots of great info.
I'll try to exhaust the 'search' function so I'm not asking the same questins all over...but bear with me!!LOL

Welcome Skillzman. Saratoga is a nice town, I drive through there every summer on the way to Loon Lake.
