Well, I finally put my brew into the secondary fermenter, and wow, did that beer smell delicious on the way there....I'm really excited to taste my work, I really think this is a start of a VERY promising hobby...I'm already planning my next batch, but if anyone has any suggestions on what to cut my teeth into next I'm more than willing to hear anyone out....but for my next brew, I was planning a holiday ale, something like a Pecan Porter...
