Got my own set of equipment Nov '09 (AG, three keggle gravity), after doing a few brews with a great brewer pal on his system. Being just up the road from one of the best commercial DIPA's, I plan to explore things that are a little harder to find, and tweak recipes to my taste - even if they go out of style.
