Hey gents, been doing alot of IPAs lately with London Ale III and have a boat load of this yeast that I want to use but I cant really think about what to brew. Anyone have any cool styles to use this yeast with? Maybe a mild? Scotch Ale? Porter? I need inspiration.

Well, it's the go-to strain for NEIPA, so brew that...unless with IPA, that's what you mean. I'd do an Oatmeal Stout with a hefty dose of honey malt.

Porter/Imperial Porter, Brown Ale, ESB or any kind of bitter or mild ale, Pale Ales and session beers up to 4% ABV, Stouts, Red/Amber ales, etc. Basically anything that does not require a lager, hefe and belgian yeast for obvious reasons.
