Hey All

Just wonted to get some feedback from people expierience with types of carbination and what is best? Say either bottling, kegging, casking etc etc

I was hoping to make a boddingtons clone and was wondering if anyone knows how to get that nice creamy head that lingers. (kinda like guiness or most english ales).

I believe Boddington's is served on nitro. So...to get that same kinda carbonation you'll need to keg and use beer gas to push it/carb. Just like Guiness.
