Two Part question. One is not beer but food related

What is the best way to go about using oreo's? Do you put it in the mash? Put it in the secondary ?

2nd question because I'm hung over. Any one ever smoke Oreos? Maybe wrap in bacon? on the grill or smoker?

1. I would add the oreos into the mash...get that sugar! You could also add then to the boil, say 10-15 minutes left and see what kind of flavors you get.

2. No, but that sounds delicious. I've had fried oreos at a bunch of food festivals and they never disappoint.

I quit smoking years ago, but the last time I smoked an oreo, I used a propane torch to light it.
Put some Panama Red (can you still get that?) in the middle and you'll have a great morning.
