I've been looking for information regarding controlling two separate chest freezers with one Love Dual Stage Controller. Is this possible? I know that the controller can have two separate probes but would it be possible to control more that two outputs?

What exactly is the purpose of having two probes?

I currently have my control set for one probe and was planning on purchasing a chest freezer from Craigslist, however, its harder to find an 8.8 cu. ft freezer (thinking this is what I'll need in order to have two 6gal carboys comfortable fermenting in one freezer) and it would be easier (and cheaper) to purchase two 5 cu. ft freezers. But thats where the temperature controller question comes into play.

Anyway, sorry if this has come up on the forum already. A quick search didn't return any results so I figured I'd start a new thread.

Thanks guys

The Love TSS2 can be fitted with two probes and control two compressors as essentially two independent single stage controllers in one box. It also supports independent alarms in this configuration...

Cheers!
