Do I need to do anything other than add different yeast to turn a lager into an ale? I want to brew AHS's Killian's clone, but I have no way to control temperature in order to use cold-fermenting lager yeast.

I'm not sure about all but the lager recipes I've gotten from AHS come with [extra] instructions for making without being able to lager.

While it won't taste the same, you can ferment it with ale yeast. If you want it to be truer to the lager taste, ferment as cool as you can and use a clean strain of yeast.

Use a lager yeast and ferment cold and it's a lager.... use an ale yeast and ferment warmer and it's an ale.

Might not be to any particular style, but them's the facts.
