Hi all,

Has anyone dabbled endlessly in the above like me? Which apple juice have you found gives best flavour end product? I think Aldis has been good so far.

Aldis is good - I tend to gravitate towards Frozen Apple Juice concentrate when I cant get fresh pressed. I fond then you can dial your desired SG / OG in and after fermentation is complete add another can or two to sweeten.
