Turbid Mash Issue

I am attempting my 2nd turbid mash today. I did one last year and it was successful. This year I had my Dad helping me. When I pulled the portions of turbid wort I told him to heat them to 180. However, I just found out that he only heat it to 80 degrees. The turbid wort was 80 degrees for about 2 hours. He is heating it now to 180.

Did conversion happen or by some miracle am I still okay here? Thank you.

Update: just went inside to check on him and he had it up to a rolling boil. Excuse me while I bang my head off the cement here.
