I just got my pump. Gonna build a stand asap. I need some help with tubing. What is best and where can I get it cheapest? Also, can I have some honesty whether vinyl tubing can be used. Was thinking of braided vinyl for now since I'm already spending a lot on stand and what not. Then upgrade to silicone later.

Also, I see proflow dynamics has plastic can lock quick disconnects. Anyone have experience with it?

I've got a lot of new 1/2" id reinforced silicone tubing that will last a lifetime and will never burst. $3.50/foot if you're interested. Made in USA too.

Stainless Brewing has 1/2" silicone for $1.99 a foot, last time I checked.

Hot wort needs silicone. The only places where silicone is not needed is racking tubes, vinyl is fine, and your chiller's water connections.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the offer, but I don't think I'll need reinforced, and $2 a foot is a lot cheaper. Think I may just go for it. Any idea how much I should have? Gonna make a compact 3 tier stand. Everything relatively close. Just wondering how many lines I need and average length to buy. Thanks again

I'll take the Pepsi challenge with anyone's silicone...

Don't mess around with crappy tubing. You're pumping hot liquids around. Bobby's tubing is great. I'd recommend it.
