trying to live up to my city's rep

Hi there my name is Matt and I live in Milwaukee, WI.

I started making wine this summer and since I live in Brew City I figured I should also try my hand at beer as well. I currently have 5 gallons of American wheat ale fermenting (slowly) in my house.
