I have always wanted to make an oktoberfest but I only brew ales (for now). So, I decided to make an Oktoberfest Ale, really it is more of an Alt but I like to call it my Oktoberfest. It turned out really well and I thought that I would share it with you all. If anyone tries it, let me know how it turns out. Good Brewing.

Cheers,
