Okay so I have a norwesco 15 gallon tank for my fermenter and I need help with trub collection. The issue I have is I have limited height ability in my fermenter. This forced me to put an elbow before the dump valve on my fermenter. The problem I face now is I want a trub collector on the end. Any ideas on how to add one? I thought about just using T and just count on spilling some when taking it off.
