Brewed up an old ale recipe (partial mash) with holiday spices. Made this recipe myself and would appreciate any constructive feedback on what you might think of it.
6lbs liquid Pale Malt
.50lb crystal 120L
.50lb chocolate malt
1lb dark molasses
1oz fuggles hops
3 tsp all spice
3 tsp ginger root
3 sticks cinnamon (dry hopped in secondary).
OG: 1.090 FG: 1.010 ABV 10.65
