Greetings,
I'm looking at finally joining the 20th century and kegging my bevs and will make the minor investment for a 2 keg set up at the get go. Question is, is it worth the further investment to be able to dial in two different carb levels for my two kegs with a triple gauge regulator, or does it not really make an appreciable difference in the real world? Bear in mind that I am one level from peasant in my connoisseurship... Any advice (aside from ascending past pleb grade) would be most welcome.
Cheers in advance

Most people are fine with a dual gauge. Sure you could make it so you can force carb while serving, but you could also just serve 1-2 pints off a pressurized keg and then repressurize it when you need to. Or you could just keep them both at the same temp and at serving pressures and let it slowly carb over a week or so.
