Started drinking our first triple today and it turned out really well. Friends said it was like a creamy banana shake. I was thinking about doing the same recipe again but integrating some fresh raspberry puree into primary. I have not researched fruit ales yet. Should this work and if so how much fruit for a 5 gallon batch?
