More important than beers...Bears!!

I saw this little dude come out of the woods and lumber around the road in front of my car couple miles from the Brewery down 32 towards Stafford. Such a cool little cub!

TH was remarkable in containing the madness and making things run smoothly and efficiently today. Color me impressed.

More important than the absurd speed @ which Tree House staff served the line at today, Bears!!

I was pretty content avoiding hyped Tree House release shitshows over the last few months but Curiosity 28 might be the one that pulls me back in.

In other news; Drunk man wanders into the woods near a brewery and gets mauled by a bear. Details at 6.

Per twitter, apparently out of control today. There seems to be a line of cars down the street of people trying to park to wait in another line for beer.

Yeah, we got there at 1pm and there was a steady stream of cars driving up and down the road waiting to be waved into one of the lots. We lucked out, parked in about 15 minutes, but some others seemed to have much worse luck. Line took us about 45 minutes and definitely had grown when we left.

Can't wait for Steve to experience this madness for the first time on Thursday. He's gotten spoiled; those Jester King release lines are downright pleasant.
This is accurate. When I first arrived here I was amazed to be able to show up only an hour before a 500 btl release (with over a week's notice) and not even get shut out. Even stranger was that I was 15th or something in line.

So spoiled.

I don't get it man. Drive far. Get turned away. Keep getting turned away. Wait an hour in 19 degrees for maybe 10 beers. Why aren't people just driving to Canton? So much more available. Not trying to be a dick just curious
From CT, I know there are tons of people who go to TH and really don't know about any other breweries. My girlfriend has a few coworkers/friends who love going and when she asked them about Trillium/HF/Alchemist, they have no idea they even exist. They're not craft beer drinkers, they're TH drinkers.

There are a lot of people like this, who love TH because a friend turned them on to it and literally don't know there are other options out there.

My favorite thing about the aftermath of a crazy Tree House release is reading the post-mortems in which people suggest that things which would make their beer more easily acquirable for them personally would also most coincidentally resolve all of the brewery's problems with lines as well.

It's up there with people with names like BostonChris whining on Twitter that Tree House needs to take better care of "locals."

Exactly right, the amount of people I've talked too in line at TH who have no clue about Trillium is astounding to me. TH is also in western mass and I feel like there is sometimes a weird disconnect with more "boston" breweries.

Looks like Barry lost track of Danny.

I wonder if anything will change next week regarding hours and parking. I mean I don't know of a perfect solution but after reading the comments about yesterday it seems the neighbors are pissed(rightfully so) and apparently the Po leese were there enforcing traffic which was a complete clusterfuck. Not good

Hopefully the new location will have a massive parking lot with a camping chair rental stand and an octagon in which to settle internet arguments/beat line cutters to death.

I'm sorry. But I helped to invent the treehouse parking lot death brawl, and if treehouse or any of you ******* ***** try to do that you better come to me to buy licensing rights first. Or, we'll be settling it in the OG parking lot.
