I thought it said they were keeping it open for retail operations? They will close Monson to the public once Charlton gets up and running.

"The grounds will be extensively manicured and maintained, and the facility will be continue to be used for retail with an option for special and private events, both by Tree House and by private parties."I read it twice and from what I'm understanding is that they plan to use Monson for their barrel program and for bottling.

It's not terribly clear, is it? Don't have to worry about it for awhile either way."The current plan for Tree House in Monson is to continue full operations into 2017 until the new brewery is operational and our classic beers are scaled, refined, and true to their original intent.
Once this happens we will slowly wind downmajor retail operations and clear the space as a barrel hall and center for special projects. We will have almost 10,000 square feet to age, condition, blend, and refine both clean oak projects and mixed fermentation creations."
Maybe what Nate meant is until Charlton is fully operational?

Mmmmm, appears to removed from their Facebook page....
Wednesdays are cans only, no growler fills. So is the only reason why there's a line today vs nothing yesterday due to the fact that they open at 5 today vs noon yesterday?

In all honesty this is going to make the weekly baseless guessing game on the other site even worse. I particularly loved the idea the week of St Patrick's Day that Tree House would release Very Green, Julius, and a Curiosity to align the labels of available beer with the flag of Ireland. They released Haze on 420
*Gives Nate daps*

its so entertaining reading their posts speculating with excitement, then seeing them ask treehouse on twitter only to get shot down and return to the thread with a different speculative pick. hey, i dont have cable, this is all i have.
