Treadmill to ellectric grain mill

Havent finished building it yet, but i came across and old treadmill for the right price(free) has a 2 and 1/3 horse motor mounted on the frame, and i scavenged the control electronics, also the deck from the treadmill i think i could use to mount the mill. anyone make something like this or from a tread mill motor before?

cool, that all looks really really familiar, i was hoping to use the treadmill motor to drive my barley crusher and mount it to the deck, but that was a cool build.
