Love the forum, and have been lurking all over the net for a while. Brewed a long, long time ago, and just getting back into it, so am a noob for sure. A lot has changed based on what I have read.
I'm convinced, given that I am in Texas that I need to control fermentation temps better (DUH!), so am building a version of the Son of Fermentation Chiller. Got an STC-1000 controller because it's cheaper than a thermostat. I will post some stuff on the build for the benefit of anybody that is like me and ran in to the same issues I did.
