Wait a second, did you send my EMAW package while you were out of town?

Dropped it off Sunday night, flew out Monday morning.

Gabe, I guess I should have said mostly stuff I can't get back home. Though I rarely see Orval and it was only about $4 so, wth, right?

Should I drink it right away because it's delicious, or because cellaring isn't recommended?

I say both. You do not want to get rid of all the raspberry goodness if you age it. Plus if you never had it, you do not know what changed when aged :rockin: Its amazing. Still have a batch 1 I'm holding on too

Batch 3 is being sold now.

I can say it does age well, but definitely changes. The raspberry obviously fades with time, we recently opened a batch 1. Fresh is phenomenal, aged is phenomenal, but different beers. I would drink fresh, as that is how it was intended, but trying an aged one is nice as well. The beer loses raspberry flavor, becomes more sour and a lot funkier/bretty as it ages.

What in the hell did Pennsylvania do to gain access to every damned beer in the world?

Not PA...Philly. The major distributor, Origlio, is owned by a guy with alot of good connections and personal relationships in the craft beer scene.
