Not only is Sunday good for the Super Bowl, but that is the day I bottle my new recipe. Happy holiday ale is my second brew of recipes and I learned a lot after my first one. I will say I improved drastically in the brewing process compared to the last one. This recipe is supposed to be similar to the blue moon spiced amber ale, which is fabulous! Soon I hope to buy my own ingredients and make my own special brew flavors!!
