I started some cider and am going to be racking in secondary. I used orchard run cider uv pasteurized but never froze any to top off with what should I use?

I used some Trader Joe's organic cider this year. 2 bottles was more than enough to top off 9 carboys after racking. In prior years, I just used water, and I can't say it was a negative in any way.

I top off with any fresh sorbate free cider I can find. Results have been fantastic. Plus by adding a little fresh juice you scrub any O2 introduced during racking.

I don't top off with anything, I just rack to smaller containers. I figure the purpose of racking is to let the cider finish fermenting and clear - why introduce more sugars?
