I have a German Pilsner in secondary that already tastes great and looks very clear. I think it's probably ready to bottle but going by the numbers it should probably sit for a couple more weeks. What do people recommend?

Oh yeah, I would like this beer to be servable for early December Christmas parties.

If gravity is stable, and since you want it for Christmas parties, I'd say bottle it so it has time to carb and condition some. Worst case, you give a six pack as presents and tell them to save them until the new year (so they can finish carbing/aging).

I keg though- experienced bottlers chime in?

it's what five weeks tile Christmas? If you are happy with the clarity then go ahead and bottle, since for most beers it takes 3 weeks minimum to carb and condition...you could even leave it for another week in secondary then bottle...you have a week window either way,

yo didn't say how long it was in primary, and secondary...so it's hard to just say yes
