I know wine will only take so much tannin. I have 6g of strawberry going. I put 1tbl spoon of Tannin in it. Should have been 1/2tbl spoon.

Any guess on the result of this? I know the win looks a bit on the brown side. Figure most of that will drop out later?
 
The wine will be a bit dryer than you wanted, I'd tell everyone that you'll serve it to that you were looking for a nice dry strawberry wine, they'll think that you nailed it on the head..lol.
All joking aside, your wine will only be able to absorb so much tannin. The excess should drop out as sediment during the fermentation.
I would add Bentonite, it works really well for dropping our excess proteins such as tannins.
