I have just bottled my second batch of beers today, but I am worried about the amount of sugar in the total batch. I added about 1 cup of dextrose to 1 cup of boiling water and then mixed with my beer in the bottling bucket. That part I am okay with because it worked perfectly with my last batch. However, I forgot to take in to account the 2oz. of Mango Extract Syrup that was added to the secondary about a week ago. The Extract bottle doesn't list the amount of sugar.. Will this be too much sugar? If so, how can i correct this?

test the carbonation levels frequently. Once the carbonation level is where you want it refridgerate it

Too much sugar in what way? The yeast have probably converted all the sugar in the syrup to alcohol and CO2 long ago. So, if you are worried about bottle bombs, the syrup shouldn't be a problem (1 cup of dextrose is at the upper limit though). If you are worried about a cidery off taste from the extra syrup sugar, I doubt 2 oz of syrup had that much sugar (2 oz of pure sugar wouldn't give you a strong cidery aftertaste, and syrup is still mostly water).

It is a "Brewcraft Extract", made by a brewing company in Portland, Oregon. Okay so knowing that they SHOULD be sugar free is a relief.
