too much sugar in mini keg!

i didnt realize that half of the priming sugar used to bottle a 5gal batch was needed when "kegging" with the mini kegs.

i just kegged with the normal 5oz of priming sugar. how do i fix this. i dont want it to be over carbonated and more importantly i dont want them to explode.

advice needed!

Minikegs only use 1 table spoon of sugar.

I'd recommend popping the bung out and syphoning it back into a fermenter to let the added sugar ferment out before syphoning it back into the keg.
