Misscalculated my boil size and i ended up having ~ 7 gallons for a 5 gallon batch.

I added wort to a bucket and carboy and split yeast 70/30

will the yeast be able to properly ferment the wort, should i add more yeast? This was from an all-grain batch so im worried about it being too watered down.

Ive read of some people freezing the wort and removing ice blocks.

let me know
cheers

In the future, if you have too much wort at the beginning of the boil, just boil off some before adding your hops. For instance you can do a 90 min boil, adding the hops after the first 30 min.

As for the yeast splitting, you run the risk of under pitching, but it will most likely ferment completely.

At this point you could concentrate the beer by freezing, as you mentioned but it might not be worth the effort. You likely won't get the flavor and body you were looking for anyway. At this point I would just cut my losses and leave it as it is.
