I've got a Winter Spiced ale sitting in my secondary. Been there 2 weeks, and recipe calls for up to 4 weeks. My question is, being it is still Fall and I'm fresh out of pumpkin ale, I was thinking of brewing up another batch of pumpkin. Problem is, I only have one keg. If i put the Winter ale in there in 2 weeks, I would have to bottle the pumpkin. Do you think there is any harm in just letting the winter ale sit for around 5-7 weeks more in the secondary until the i have room again in the keg? Yes, I know......get more kegs! I'm working on it!
