Hello, i have a litle problem with muy beers, my fermentation has been by 17 days and today Is still on, i hace used wb 06 and k97 yeast from fermentis, in 2 different worts..... Then I did an American pale ale and that beer has fermented about 14-17 days .

I have used temperature. Control and my wort is on 20° Centigrade.

What problem do you think I'm going to have with my beer?

Have you checked the gravity to see where you are in the fermentation? Could just be CO2 off gassing and you're already at your final gravity.

Mi initial gravity was 1.056- 1.060 and the gravity at this moment is in 1.022 -1.025, final gravity is always around 1.016-1.010 but at this moment I don't know what to do to get in bottle my beer

Without knowing the recipe/mash temp maybe try raising the temperature a degree or two if possible to help the yeast finish up.

Thanks gammaray4130, I'll do it, i was thinking to increase the temperature at limits (25°centigrades), but i feel worry about the sters and undesirable flahors in beer

Need more info. Are you using oxygen and nutrients and how healthy is your yeast? Sounds like a yeast health issue.

Hello 505-brewer... I'm not using any nutrient and nutrients... I think my yeast is good, I, m going to add a picture from mi wort..
