I bottled my American premium lager after a 14day ferment at 60, and a 30 day secondary at 40-45, now I bottled it in old corona bottles , i had one 8 days after being bottled at room temp and it tastes great with a great carb again only 8 days, am i at risk for over carb and all the bad things it brings?
also FYI) I used a few swipes of the yeast cake with the syphon and 190 g dextrose and a cup of DME in 5 gals to prime. For what it worth there is a hearty layer of sediment at the bottom of the bottles.

You used both 190 grams of sugar, and a cup of DME? Wow- BOOM!

Chill them immediately, and keep them cold.

In a 5 gallon batch, you should have used a TOTAL of 140 grams of dextrose. You used 50 grams too much, and then threw in a cup of DME. Hopefully, it was just a mistake and you didn't get those amounts from a priming calculator!
