To carbonate, or not to carbonate...

Carbonated is tasty, but before you do carbonate, I'd say try it flat first, just to see if you like it. That way, if it's flat, there's no worries about glass bombs. But carbonated is tasty, don't get me wrong.

I prefer ciders lightly carbonated. Just a little buzz on the tongue.
