To carb or not...?

I brewed my first batch of EdWort's Apfelwein on the 24th. Should be ready to bottle in 2 more weeks.

I am wondering - any of you who have woken un in the morning wanting to call EdWort a mofker - is it "better" carbonated like a beer, or flat like a wine.

If I could find how to set up a poll, I'd do that, but since not, I'll go ghetto for now.

I carbed half of my first batch, less than a week ago. I have had it still and it is incredible. Can't wait to try it carb'd I used muntans drops.
