I really need to work on my timing when it comes to Brewing. I find myself with a 6 pack of beer that I can drink, and 10 gallons that won't be up for several weeks.

I guess it's not all bad, I need some more bottles anyway. :mug:

I've given that some thought, I can still brew 2 different 5 gallon recipes. I had even given thought to going with 6 gallon batches, give me an extra couple of bottles out of each one.

My problem is that I had to do a bunch of traveling over the summer and didn't get to do the brewing I was hoping for.

the summer months can be hard to find time to brew. i'm down to half one keg, leaving 3 other taps empty! haha.
