Awesome, this is a commercial brew I drank last night on a special date out with my boyfriend (thanks mom for babysitting our little one!)

Hint: this is definately an import. Bonus points for the country it's from, but I'll accept just the style. The second photo is the server dishing out some meat at this special all you can eat steakhouse. Sooo tasty!

Booyah there it is

Hey didn't you have a pic of your pumpkin ale a few back? Your clue was that it usually takes a long time to clear so you used finings?

Duvel? Arg its a shade too dark and syrupy looking... stumped. Hey does your wife/gf ever ask why the hell your shooting your beer mug like mine does?

Nope, and since I'm a woman... (shocked silence)... my wife has nothing to say. My Baby daddy/roomate/boyfriend doesn't say anything either. His Facebook account is littered with food and beer photos too. He's proud of my beer (I just took 1st place for my weizen!).

Lol! So funny... as I was reading your comment I thought to myself "ah, a lady brewer!" And then I looked at the food picture and got man back in my head and in the time it took me to post, well... *sorry*
I have an IQ of 46, and am what some people would consider "mentally retarded"

Thanks, I'm brewing a late night batch of it right now for the next local competition. My BF went out with a friend from out of town and the little guy is sleeping. It's 12:07 am here and I'm 10 minutes from sparging. Gonna be a long night. Decoction mashes are a pain, but so worth it....

i hear ya. my alt wouldn't be the same without it.

Now you have it!
Brazilian pilsner, served at Sabor, an awesome restaurant where they cut the meat off a stake onto your plate! Delish!

yep. brazilian steak houses are fantastic. do they have the coasters that are color coded red/green? red means leave me alone, green means bring on the food.

Yes, I left mine green too long, I was stuffed!

Ok since this thread has been stalled for 12 hours, and emjay wins half of em anyway, im gonna post. This beer, after being bottled for almost 3 months, is missing something that is typical of the style. Also I am going to require a flavoring ingredient that is also typical. Super easy one

Late hop additions are appropriate.malty profile balances the hops well

This is from a local brew pub. In my drunk mind this seems like an appropriate move
