Appearance: Light coppery-orange to very dark reddish or coppery-brown color. Large creamy off-white to tan head, quite dense and persistent (often thick and rocky). Cloudy, hazy appearance.

Somehow my paste didn't make it, this iPhone app has issues. The beer in the description I gave is my guess: roggenbier
 
Nope. This is definitely not your typical style. It's not American, German, or Belgian.
 
Here's an old one. The left is a clone attempt (that I rushed to taste and didn't crash), the right is the commercial beer.
