Here's my dilemma. I'm only home fridays an saturdays and I want to do a 2 liter starter for a saison. Would letting my starter on a stir plate all week hurt anything? I'll be using a vial of wlp565 if that makes a difference.
A 2 liter starter should be finished before 48 hours is up. Have everything ready to go. Start it as soon as you walk in the door. Refrigerate it when you need to leave.
