ok let me start off by saying that i know you do not have to use a secondary, but i want to;o)

i have had my belgian tripel in primary for 16 days, the OG was 1.08 and i took a reading saturday that was 1.02 and today i took another reading that was also 1.02. so my question to yall is it ok to go ahead and move it to the secondary?

the reason i want to move it to secondary is because right now the "primary" is my bottling bucket. so i have to get it out of there and put it into the carboy so i can have my bottling bucket open for my next batch which is going to be a cream ale
