Thoughts on receipe

I wanted to try and combine my two favorite hops mosaic and galaxy. I am trying to go for more flavor and aroma and it not be overly bitter. Thanks in advance.

14 lbs 2 row
2 lbs crystal 60
. 5 oz warrior for 60 min
1.5 oz mosaic 15 minutes
1.5 oz galaxy 15 minutes
1.5 oz mosaic 5 minutes
1.5 oz galaxy 5 minutes
1 oz mosaic dry hop
1 oz galaxy dry hop

Love both hops...but that's a lot of crystal...but I love sweet IPA's. May need a little more warrior to counter

I have Maris otter too. I could do 8 lbs each of two row and Maris and 1 lb of crystal 60.

It's a lot of Crystal Malt! If you want a very prominent Caramell flavor I suggest going with 7 to 10% crystal malt. I would not use more than 1.5 pounds and that was only if I loved loved loved sweet IPAs.
