Just wanted to get feedback on my recipe below see if there is any improvements or changes I should make:

5 gallon batch

Malts
9lbs - 2-row (or morris otter undecided)
1lb - vienna malt
1lb - Crystal 40L

Hops
1 oz Cascade (60 min)
1 oz Cascade (10 min)
1 oz Amerillo (15 min)
1 oz Amerillo (5 min)
1 oz Amerillo (FO)
US-05 for yeast.

60 min boil.

Looks good I would move your 30 minute to be with the 5 or 10 not a ton of bitterness boiling for 30 and boil long enough to drive off flavor and aroma.

thanks for the feedback, and you make a good point, I think ill change the 30min to 10.

Further to this conversation as this is the first time I have been able to get my hands on Amerillo I want to make sure i'm using it to its full potencial, so if any other hops would go better with it then Cascade please inform. My section here in Ottawa is limited to:

Cluster
Fuggles
Galena
Goldings
Hallertau
Northern Brewer
Saaz
Tettnanger
and Williamette

They work great with cascade. Not sure what your going for but a addition during chilling (once you get below 150 or so) and dry hop would be nice.
