Looking to create a wheat beer of sorts and put together the below:
1# Honey Malt
4# White Wheat
6# Golden Promise
1oz German Hallertau @ 60 Mins
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Wheat Yeast
OG - 1.063
FG - 1.016
15.2 IBU
6.1% ABV
I like hefeweizens but not having tried any of these grains before, I am unsure what this will taste like.
