I was thumbing through it yesterday, and I finally found a little know beer flaw that I saw in a few of my beers - HORSERADISH flavors.

Well, I found a mention of this in the book, and like a dummy, forgot to mark the page. I've looked through the book for the last hour, and can't find the reference to horseradish off flavors coming from the yeast.

Anyone remember what can cause that from the yeast, or anyone happen to have a photographic memory and remember the page lol?

I have the Kindle edition and just did a word search and found no results for "horseradish" I did find some for "horse blanket", "sweaty horse", and "horsey" which were attributed to Brett.
