Finally dry-hopped an IPA (Ninkasi clone) that I moved across town while fermenting 2 weeks ago, should be ready to bottle in the next two weekends.
Also brewed a California Red IIPA (5th beer) and installed my first blow-off tube yesterday! 12 hours after pitching, krausen of small bubbles starting to form; +24 hours and its pumping foam continuously through the blow-off (thankful I didn't use an airlock).
First Apfelwein is carbing in bottles should be done in a week or two. Nothing else ready at the moment, life/moving has been too busy. But we are finally settling down for a while so I'll be keeping my 2 carboys full now!
Thanks to everybody who has helped me develop my brews!
