I made a witbier today using my regular recipe, which includes two bags of chamomile tea, and realized halfway through the boil that SWMBO had switched up her usual chamomile teabags with Tazo Calm. After looking at the ingredients, though, I figured what the hell, because it should make for an interesting twist.

Calm's ingredients are chamomile, hibiscus flowers, spearmint, lemongrass, rose petals, blackberry leaves, safflowers, peppermint, sarsaparilla, lemon balm, and licorice, I think in that order of magnitude. After doing a mental taste check on each one with bitter orange peel and coriander seed, I figured it would actually probably be pretty good. Here's to experimentation... :mug:
