So I am brewing an American wheat:
Wheat 50%
2 row%
Yeast 001
Thinking about bittering at 60 minutes with a blend of cascade, centennial, and Amarillo to hit a IBU 20-25. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences with blending hops like this? I have them leftover from a previous brew session. Would like to use them.

Without knowing how much you're trying to use up. I wouldn't worry too much about blending. I'm guessing there's not that much left, and you're boiling for an hour to hit 20ibu. You won't have to worry about a flavor/aroma contribution because the usual alpha acid content on those hops keeps the weight down if you're only shooting for low to mid twenties. I get wanting to use them, but why not add them to your next pale ale or something as an aroma or whirlpool addition?
