Thinking about making banana beer.

I just tried a pint of this and there isn't even a hint of banana to it at all. It is actually a very drinkable beer with slight maltiness and a predominant grapefruit hop character. I will enjoy drinking it but if I make it again I will put in a "bunch" more bananas. I think they added to the fermentables but no flavor.
One things for sure. Bananas are cheep so I might just have to try it again.

That might be worth looking at as well. As Lorena stated, I probably won't get much banana flavor no matter what I do. I know now that it will be easy for the hops to over power any banana aroma/flavor.

Damn...I was actually going to brew this! When you figure out how to get a banana flavor/aroma to it--post the recipe in the database!!!! My SWMBO would LOVE this!!!!!!

Due to the interest I've seen in Fruit beer in general, with special interest in Banana, I'm bumping this thread!
