can this be 5 star san?

beer tastes great the the over hopped batch i made i love it.

at the beer level on top I see a thin film on the glass doesn't appear to be on the beer.

regardless Id like it to be able to age. or chug it now??

If it tastes and smells good, drink away. If it's not on the beer, it could be residual cleanser or something. Sounds like you're fine.

Not StarSan, but Oxyclean has been known to leave a thin film when not rinsed properly. Either way, as long as the beer is drinkable, it is either not an infection or it is the early signs of an infection, which won't spread at fridge temps. Drink this batch up sooner than later, and you'll be fine!!
